Your own words are always welcome, but they’re not required! Light copywriting is included with every custom website. While I’m not a professional copywriter, I’ll help shape your copy so it speaks to your dream clients and sounds just like you. If you’d love more in-depth copy, I’m happy to recommend a copywriter to bring in alongside your project.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes! Your website is designed to be easy to update, and once it’s ready, I’ll share a video walkthrough of your own site so you can get comfortable making changes. Whether you’re adding new work, updating details, or refreshing a photo, you’ll feel confident keeping everything current whenever inspiration strikes.
Should I choose ShowIt or Squarespace?
Both are wonderful options, and I’m so happy to help you decide! We’ll talk through how you like to work, how often you’d love to make updates, and what your business needs, so you can feel confident and excited about your choice.
How long does the website process take?
From the day we begin to launch day, your website comes together in about 12-15 weeks. Since my calendar often has a waitlist, I recommend reaching out early so we can reserve your spot. We’ll map out your timeline together so your launch lines up perfectly with your goals!
What if I love my current website and just need some updates?
Instead of custom, a website refresh would be the perfect fit, with light updates to your ShowIt or Squarespace site on a quarterly, semi-annual, or annual schedule, so your website always feels as current as the work you’re creating.
Do I need a new brand before I get a new website?
Not at all! If you love your current brand, and it fits your business growth, I’ll design your website around it so everything feels cohesive. And if your brand is ready for a redesign too, the full experience brings both together beautifully from day one.
Can I add more pages?
